Unique Survey Code

The code allows our system to identify your participation in the survey so that you wll not be sent a reminder letter or email. The code will be used by PFA Research Ltd, as an independent research company commissioned by Business Link, to match survey participants with the original contact database.

At the end of the survey you will be asked if you will give your permission for your responses to be attributable. The survey code you enter enables PFA Research to determine which participants are willing for their responses to be attributed to their organisation and which organisations wish to remain anonymous. If you wish to remain anonymous then your responses will only be used in an aggregated format and Business Link will not be informed; in which case the survey code will have been used only as an administrative aid.
